Google Reader and Bloglovin

Como sabem a partir de 1 de Julho o serviço do Google Reader irá terminar por isso convido-vos a seguirem este blogue através do Bloglovin (para aceder basta clicar no ícon em baixo ou no lado direito da página). Ainda estou a tentar perceber como funciona mas pelo menos já consegui importar todos os meus contactos do Google Reader para lá.

As you know the Google Reader is going away on July 1st, so I invite you to follow this blog via Bloglovin (to access just click on the icon below or on the right side of the page). I'm still trying to understand how it works but at least I managed to import all my contacts from Google Reader to there.

 

Quilting

Já iniciei uma nova manta em Patchwork, desta vez mais pequena porque será uma manta para ter no sofá. Os tecidos estão praticamente todos cortados e esta é a fase mais importante para tudo correr bem, pois um bom ou mau corte condiciona a qualidade do resto do trabalho.

 

Ainda estou a acabar a manta da minha filha mas mesmo assim não resisti a estes novos tecidos e decidi começar a cortá-los enquanto esperava pela máquina de costura nova. Adoro escolher os tecidos e juntá-los como se fossem um puzzle!

 

I started sewing a new patchwork blanket, this time a little smaller than before to stay on the couch. The fabrics were almost all cutted and this is the most important phase for all goes well. As you know a good cut affects the quality of the rest of the project.

I have yet to finish the blanket for my daughter but I  could not resist to these new fabrics and I decided to start cutting them while waiting for new sewing machine. I love choosing the fabrics and sew them together as if they were a puzzle!

Agora que o Verão chegou é hora de fazer mais umas bolsas para levar para a praia. Será novamente em tecido plastificado e com rosinhas. Assim que tiverem prontas mostro!

 

Now that summer has arrived it is time to make a few more bags to take to the beach. I will use oilcloth fabric with roses. Once I have finished it I will show you!
